Traditional Neapolitan Pizza, made with homemade dough, rich creamy cheese and hand picked tomatoes.
We didn’t set out to make the most expensive pizza, or even the cheapest… but to bake a good honest pizza. Hand made from scratch, baked in a stone floored oven and to guarantee each pizza to be delicious!

A Few Words About Us

Our Dough

Why do we age our pizza dough for several days? Because, like fine wine, micro brewed beer or premium wine…. flavour characteristics are obtained from the delicate interactions between yeast and sugar. This takes time. The more time the better the flavour.

Our Sauce

Yes, it’s true. We do import tomatoes from Italy. Why? Because, unlike factory farmed, mass produced tomatoes that are saturated to the exploding point with water, our tomatoes are picked at just the right moment – no matter what the size. These tomatoes are grown for one thing and one thing only – “extraordinary taste”.

Our Cheese

Instead of “skim” milk, water and artificial fillers found in mass produced fast food pizza cheese… we use a premium, rich whole milk mozzarella. Fior Di Latte is a cows milk Mozzarella. It is one of the richest, most flavourful cheese you will ever taste on a pizza.
